The African Catholic Community in the UAE joyfully invites you and your family to our Annual Retreat 2026, a special time of spiritual renewal, fellowship, prayer, and celebration of our shared faith and African heritage.

This year’s retreat offers a precious opportunity to step away from the busyness of daily life in the UAE, recharge our souls, and draw closer to God together as one African Catholic family. Whether you are a long-time member or joining us for the first time, you will be warmly welcomed.
What to Expect
- Powerful Teachings & Spiritual Direction from anointed priests and speakers
- Daily Holy Masses and Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament
- Praise & Worship sessions filled with vibrant African songs and hymns
- Testimonies and faith-sharing moments that uplift and strengthen
- Group Discussions & Workshops tailored for men, women, youth, and families
- Cultural Fellowship – sharing meals, laughter, stories, and the rich diversity of our African cultures
- Quiet Time for personal reflection and prayer
This is more than a retreat — it is a homecoming. A time to reconnect with God, with one another, and with the deep roots of our Catholic faith as Africans living in the UAE.
Who Should Attend?
Everyone! Young adults, married couples, singles, parents, teenagers, and children are all encouraged to come. Special provisions will be made for families and children’s activities.
